CENTERTOWN, Ky. — Kelley Jean Beasley Jones, 63, passed away at her home on July 13, 2025. She was born in Hartford, Kentucky, on June 19, 1962, to the late Evander Thomas and Inetta Mae Beasley.
Kelley was a member of Centertown Baptist Church and was a nurse at Ohio County Hospital. She was an amazing caregiver, a woman of great faith and had a very giving heart. After enduring so much illness and not being able to work in nursing, she began working at the Ohio County Senior Center and enjoyed working with all the people who came in and out.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth “Greg” Gresham Jones.
Those left to cherish her memory are her daughter, Kellyn Kate (Jeffery Shun) Lamar; granddaughter, Katelee Rae Downey (Tyler Keaton Johnson); grandson, Spencer Wolf Lamar; sister, Pamela “Pam” Sue Jones; and her mother-in-law, Jane Ann Jones.
There will be a Celebration of Life held at Centertown Baptist Church on Saturday, July 19, at 11 a.m. with Bro. Scott Fleener presiding. There will be a meal following the service in the fellowship hall at the church.
