OWENSBORO, Ky. — Lois Faye Rearden, 80, of Owensboro, passed away June 27, 2025. She was born March 10, 1945, in Owensboro, to the late Roscoe and Ruby Dunn Rearden.
Lois was a great cook. She was a cook for Ohio County Schools, from where she retired, and also for Hardee’s on the weekends.
Survivors include two sons, Kenneth (Tracy) Rearden and David (Sandy) Rearden; two daughters, Nancy (James) Ball and Allison Rearden; eight grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren, and another on the way; and her sister, Thelma “Hoppie” Kincaid.
Services will be held Tuesday, July 1, at 12 p.m. at Bevil Bros. Funeral Home in Beaver Dam, Kentucky, with Bro. Leroy Rearden officiating. Friends may visit with the family from 10 a.m. until time of service at the funeral home. Burial will follow in Fordsville Cemetery.
