HARTFORD, Ky. — Lesley Dawn King, 26, of Hartford, passed away June 13, 2025. She was born Jan. 26, 1999, in Daviess County, Kentucky, to Brian King and Glenna Lindsey Embry.
Lesley was a behavioral technician for Puzzle Pieces in Owensboro, Kentucky. She obtained her bachelor’s degree from WKU and she attended Second Baptist Church in Hartford. She loved her family, friends and her pets and enjoyed spending time with them.
She is preceded in death by her grandfathers, Dennis Jackson and G.W. Lindsey.
Those left to cherish her memory are her father, Brian (Wendy) King; mother, Glenna Lindsey Embry; fiancé, Kyle Beatty; sisters, Morgan King and Faith (Kenton) Desmond; grandparents, Gary King, Sharon Jackson and Carmen Lindsey; aunt, Angela Cook; cousin, Dylan Decker; and her beloved furbabies, Ollie and Bailey.
A service will be held Monday, June 16, at 2 p.m. at Bevil Bros. Funeral Home in Beaver Dam with Dr. Roger Taylor officiating. Friends may visit with the family from 10 a.m. until time of service at the funeral home. Burial will follow in Oakwood Cemetery.
