LOUISVILLE, Ky. — The National Weather Service in Louisville has issued a Severe Thunderstorm Watch for Ohio County. The Severe Thunderstorm Watch is in effect until 9 a.m. Friday, May 16.
According to the NWS, thunderstorms are possible overnight. Any storm that develops could be severe with large hail and locally gusty winds.
Severe thunderstorms are possible late Friday afternoon into Friday night. All severe hazards are possible, including damaging winds, very large hail, and tornadoes, some of which could be strong.
