BEAVER DAM, Ky. — Mary Maple, 85, passed peacefully at her home on April 26, 2025. She was born Dec. 6, 1939, in Echols, Kentucky, to the late Roland and Pernie Coleman Geary.
Mary was a homemaker and obtained her associates degree in general studies at SkyTech in 2019.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Neal Dwight Maple; brothers, Clarence Geary and Thomas Geary; and sisters, Betty Schroader and Sally Geary.
Those left to cherish her memory are her daughter, Mona Leisa Maple; son, Barry Dwight Maple; grandchildren, Amber Michelle Carter and Tanner Dwight Maple; brothers, Ernest Geary and Roland Geary Jr.; and sister, JoAnn Minton.
Services will be held Wednesday, April 30, at 2 p.m. at Bevil Bros. Funeral Home in Beaver Dam. Friends may visit with the family from 12 p.m. until time of service at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Rose Hill Cemetery in Central City.
