HARTFORD, Ky. — The Hartford Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating Charles Raley, who is wanted in connection with a case involving receiving stolen property.
According to the HPD, Raley is a white male with black hair. He’s 6’1 and weighs 175 lbs. Raley’s last known residence was on N. Main St. in Hartford.
