BEAVER DAM, Ky. — Judy Ann Filback, 78, of Beaver Dam, went to her Heavenly home on Thursday, April 10, 2025, surrounded by her family. She was born on June 28, 1946, in Ohio County, Kentucky, to the late George Levi Everly and Lillian B. Sandefur Swain.
Judy was a member of Central Grove Baptist Church, was a past member of The Order of the Eastern Star (OES) and she retired from WPT after 23 years of service.
Aside from her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Bruce Dale Filback; daughter, Susan A. Johnson; grandson, Joshua Darren Lynch; granddaughter, Jodi Danielle Wright; sister, Georgia Lou Driskill; and brother, Jimmy Ray Everly.
She leaves behind to cherish many precious memories, her daughters, Carla Wright, of Beaver Dam, and Terri Baird, of Beaver Dam; four grandchildren, Jennifer (Steven) Wright, of Beaver Dam, Jeffrey Dean (Laura) Lynch II, of Morgantown, Kentucky, Charlene (Raymond) Piedmont, of Goose Creek, South Carolina, and Austin Johnson, of Goose Creek; and five great-grandchildren, McKinley Wright, Kaden Wright, Eliza Lynch, Elliott Lynch, and Emma Susan Piedmont.
Funeral Services will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, April 13, at William L. Danks Funeral Home in Beaver Dam with Bro. Tim Hall and Bro. Steven Wright officiating. Burial will follow in Central Grove Cemetery in Centertown. Friends may visit with Judy’s family from 5 p.m. until 8 p.m. on Saturday and from 10 a.m. until the time of the service on Sunday at the funeral home.
