BEAVER DAM, Ky. — Glen Taylor Brown, 90, of Beaver Dam, passed away April 3, 2025, at Ohio County Healthcare. He was born in Chiggerville, Kentucky, on Aug. 1, 1934, to Bertie and Sallie Mabel Taylor Brown.
Glen was in the United States Army and worked as a logger. He enjoyed shooting his guns, reading, and was quite the food enthusiast.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his son, James Glen “Jim Bob” Brown; his brothers, Cecil Hunley Brown and Earl Ray Brown; and his sister, Margaret Louise Brown.
Those left to cherish his memory are his son, Bobby Joe Brown (Marie); daughters, Vena Cardwell and Deborah James; and several grandchildren, great-grand-children, nieces, and nephews.
A graveside service will be held Monday, April 7, at 10 a.m. at Hopewell Cemetery in Echols, Kentucky.
