Hartford Police asking public for help in identifying a trespasser

HARTFORD, Ky. — The Hartford Police Department is asking the public for help in identifying a man seen trespassing on two properties this morning.

According to the HPD, in the early morning hours of Wednesday, April 2, an unidentified man was captured on security cameras trespassing on two separate properties.
