BEAVER DAM, Ky. — Christena Maines Killman passed peacefully with her daughters by her side on March 6, 2025. She was born on June 22, 1937, to James G. and Mable McClahan Maines, of Star City, Arkansas.
Christena was preceded in death by her husband of 68 years, Claude R. “Pete” Killman; son, Kevin R. Killman; son-in-law, Dr. Phillip Trover; and grandsons, Alec Kevin Trover and Kyle Henry Allen.
Left to cherish her memory are her daughters, Kathy Allen, Korey Weathers and Kelly Trover; sons-in-law, David Allen and Gregg Weathers; grandchildren, Michael, John, Samantha Jo and Samantha Shae, Jordan & Whitney, Jessica & Clay, J. Dylan & Brittany, Haley & David and Collin & Liza; and great-grandchildren, Josslyn, Khloe, Henry, Faith, Macy Jo, Ruby, Mark, Korbin, Keeley, Collin, Hayden, Lillian, Evelyn, Vivienne, Olivia and Jack.
Private family services will be held at a later date at Bevil Bros. Funeral Home with burial in Oakwood Cemetery.
