HARTFORD – Hubert C. Goodman, 72, of Hartford, passed away Jan. 21, 2025, at Owensboro Health Regional Hospital in Owensboro, Kentucky. He was born in Ohio County, Kentucky, on Oct. 18, 1952, to the late Hubert C. Calloway and Mamie Goodman.
Hubert was a lumber inspector for Young’s Manufacturing and a member of Hopewell Baptist Church.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife, Brenda Kay Johnson; and brothers, Harold Lee and Donald Wayne.
He is survived by his sons, Hubert Wayne, Everett, and Dakota; four grandchildren, two step-grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, and four step-great-grandchildren; brothers, George, Doug, and Daniel; and sisters, Rebecca and Bonnie.
There will be a memorial service held at a later date. Bevil Bros. Funeral Home in Beaver Dam, Kentucky is in charge of arrangements.
