OWENSBSORO, Ky. — Tim “Doc” Arnold, 53, of Owensboro, formerly of Hartford, Kentucky, passed away on Friday, Dec. 27, 2024, in Owensboro. He was born on Aug. 16, 1971, in Hartford, Kentucky, to Shirley Morris Arnold and the late Cecil Ray Arnold.
Tim was a United States Navy Veteran and a member of CVMA. He worked as a pre-treat and environmental support technician at Ragu.
Aside from his father, he was preceded in death by his brother-in-law, Frank Burton.
He leaves behind to cherish many memories, his children, Jacob Arnold, of Lexington, Kentucky, Hannah Arnold, of New Albany, Indiana, and Faith Arnold, of Owensboro, Kentucky; his mother, Shirley Morris Arnold, of Beaver Dam, Kentucky; two sisters, Tammy Burton, of Hartford, Kentucky, and Cecilia (Jeff) Smith, of Hartford; one grandchild, Eliza Arnold; nephew and niece, Austin Burton and Abbie Burton; the mother of his children, Charity Arnold, of McHenry, Kentucky; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
Funeral Services will be held at 1 p.m. Friday, Jan. 3, 2025, at William L. Danks Funeral Home in Beaver Dam with Rev. Glennie Geary officiating. Burial will follow in Rosine Cemetery with full military honors provided by Ohio County Honor Guard. Friends may visit with Tim’s family from 4 p.m. until 8 p.m. on Thursday and from 9 a.m. until the time of the service on Friday at the funeral home.
