CENTERTOWN, Ky. — Joe Lake Smith (Nicky), 60, of Centertown, passed away at home on Oct. 14, 2024. He was born in Harlan County, Kentucky, on Dec. 19, 1963.
Nicky enjoyed riding motorcycles and spending time with his friends.
He is survived by his mother, Brenda Norman (Don); brother, Kenneth Petrey; two sisters, Jeana German and Michelle Hagg; and four children.
The family will hold a private memorial service at a later date.
Bevil Bros. Funeral Home in Beaver Dam, Kentucky, is in charge of arrangements.
