BEAVER DAM, Ky. — Brian Lee Addington, 48, of Beaver Dam, one of God’s greatest angels, was called home Oct. 5, 2024, surrounded by his family. He was born in Owensboro, Kentucky, on Dec. 21, 1975, to Milton and Sherry Addington.

Brian was a deacon, song leader, and Sunday School teacher at Pond Run Baptist Church, and was a member of Ohio County Baptist Association. He served as Secretary for Gideons International in Ohio County.

He also owned and operated M & B Auto Parts in Beaver Dam.

Brian is preceded in death by two infants, Briley Rylan and Brinley Reese, and his father, Milton Addington.

Left to cherish his memory are his wife, Jennifer Fulkerson Addington; mother, Sherry Addington; mother- and father-in-law, Terry and Linda Fulkerson; aunts, Vonell (Bill) Kirk, Ruby Evans, Elmeta Blankenship and Shelia (Michael) Loney; uncles, Alton (Elaine) Addington and Valkye (Alice) Addington; brother-in-law, Chad (Renee) Fulkerson; sister-in-law, Andrea (Adam) Williams; nephews, Jacob Fulkerson, Andrew Fulkerson, Owen Williams, and Jake Williams.

Services will be held Thursday, Oct. 10, at 2 p.m. at Bevil Bros. Funeral Home in Beaver Dam, with Bro. Byron Pryor, Bro. Neal Renfrow, Bro. Randy Crowe, and Dr. Roger Taylor officiating. Friends and family may visit with the family Wednesday, Oct. 9, from 2 p.m. until 8 p.m. and on Thursday from 9 a.m. until time of service. Burial will follow in Sunnyside Cemetery.

The family requests that expressions of sympathy take the form of donations to Gideons International and envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
