
She was retired from Property Maintenance and was a member of Cloverport Community Church. Belinda taught Sunday School and was a Youth Leader for many years. She was also a former member of Cloverport Fire Department and was a caregiver for the elderly.
Along with her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband, Barry Laslie; two grandchildren; and a sister, Diane Powers.
Survivors include her daughters, Stephanie Wedding and Manda (John) Brockway; grandchildren, Kaetlin (Cody) Lear, Dossin Wedding, Hailey (Jared) Craig, Kayelee Hayes, Harley Landry, and Patrick Landry; great-grandchildren, Everleigh, along with her mother, Taryn Powers, Jay Craig and two more on the way; siblings, Patricia Hurt, Alfred Mattingly, Tim Mattingly, and Mae Palmer; four-legged friend, Little Britches; and several nieces and nephews.
Graveside Services will be held at 2:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 9, at Cloverport Cemetery. Belinda’s family will be greeting friends on Wednesday at Gibson & Son Funeral Home, Hawesville, Kentucky, chapel from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m.
