WHITESVILLE, Ky. — Lilli Phelps, 83, passed away on Sept. 27, 2024, at her home in Whitesville. She was born in Linz, Austria to the late Gustav Fredrich and late Frieda Bast Fredrich. Lilli married the late Don Phelps.
Lilli was a homemaker. She was a member for over 40 years at Pleasant Ridge Baptist Church. She spent alot of her spare time knitting, crocheting and and doing needlepoint.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, and a sister, Ella Peter.
Besides her children, Manuela Stanley, Robert Phelps, Steven Phelps (Tricia) and Angela Behl, she is survived by 11 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren, one brother, Alfons Fredrich, many nieces and nephews, and her beloved furry friend, Brandy.
The family will receive friends 1 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 5, at Pleasant Ridge Baptist Church in Utica. The memorial service will follow at 2 p.m. Saturday.
