CROMWELL, Ky. — Larkin “Dwayne” Smith, 75, of Cromwell, passed away Monday, Sept. 16, 2024, at UofL Healthcare in Louisville, Kentucky. He was born May 8, 1949, in Hammond, Indiana, to the late Fred Smith and Virginia Smith.
He enjoyed his time spent outdoors, and the time he spent with his family.
Aside from his parents, he was preceded in a death by his brother, David Smith.
He leaves behind to cherish his memory, his wife of 55 years, Sue Smith, of Cromwell; son, Larkin “Dwayne” Smith Jr., of Cromwell; two grandchildren, Paige Smith and Matthew Smith; and brother, Donald (Barbara) Smith.
Honoring his wishes there will be no public service held.
