FORDSVILLE, Ky. — Marie F. Dorris, 84, of Fordsville, passed away Sunday, Aug. 25, 2024, at Fordsville Nursing Home. She was born Nov. 3, 1939, in Daviess County, Kentucky, to the late Alton Morgan Paris Sr. and Anna Sue Black Paris.
Marie was of the Methodist faith.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Larry R. Dorris; and siblings, Mark, Alton Jr., Robert, Gilbert, Mable, Murial, and Charlotte.
She is survived by several nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be at 11 a.m. on Thursday, Aug. 29, at Rosehill Cemetery.
