HARTFORD, Ky. — Hilda Ann Fulkerson Knight, 82, of Hartford, passed on to her heavenly home on Saturday, July 6, 2024, in Hartford.
She was a member of the Pond Run Church and worked as a coal miner for Peabody Ken Underground.
Hilda is preceded in death by her beloved husband, William O. “Chester” Knight; her parents, Robert Hildred Fulkerson and Ana Rae Burden Fulkerson; a son, Robert “Jim” Bishop; a brother, John Fulkerson; a daughter-in-law, Kathy Knight; and a nephew, Rob Pierce.
Remembering her cherished memory with love are her two sons, John Ray (Alisha) Bishop, of Echols, Kentucky, Jimmy (Sherah) Knight, of Bowling Green, Kentucky; two sisters, Millie Lee, and Pat Martin, both of Cookeville, Tennessee; six grandchildren, Jessica Marie Bishop, Dr. Amber (Matt) Duckworth, Tyler Bishop, Brittany Bishop, Olivia Knight, and Robbie Knight; one great-grandson, Lincoln; and nieces and nephews, Dawn, Jamie, Ann Marie, Jeff, Ben, Stevie.
Funeral Services will be held at 12 p.m. Wednesday, July 10, at William L. Danks Funeral Home in Beaver Dam, Kentucky. Burial will follow at Echols Cemetery. Friends may visit with Hilda’s family from 10 a.m. until time of the service Wednesday at the funeral home.
