McHENRY, Ky. — Clinton Joe “CJ” Nanney, 35, of McHenry, Kentucky, died July 3, 2024, at Ohio County Healthcare. He was born Sept. 8, 1988, to Norma Payton Stevens.
CJ was a member of Independence Missionary Baptist Church and a member of McHenry Masonic Lodge #800.
CJ was preceded in death by his grandparents, Norman “Shorty” and Peggy Payton.
He is survived by his parents, Norma and Kent Stevens along with several aunts and uncles.
Visitation will be at Bevil Bros. Funeral Home on Tuesday, July 9, from 2 p.m. until 8 p.m. with a Masonic Service at 6 p.m. and on Wednesday, July 10, from 9 a.m. until 12 p.m. Services will follow at 12 p.m. with Pastor Troy Frady presiding. Burial will follow at Render Cemetery in McHenry.
