CALHOUN, Ky. — Debra Mae “Debbie” Clark, 65, of Calhoun, Kentucky passed away on Tuesday, July 2, 2024, at Riverside Nursing Home in Calhoun. She was born on Feb. 20, 1959, in Little Rock, Arkansas, to the late James and Thelma Dean Cochran Sutherlin.

Debbie was a former member of the American Quarter Horse Association and enjoyed bowling at Ohio County Lanes on Wednesday night mixed league and Tuesday night women’s league and she had a love for bingo and painting.

Aside from her parents, she was preceded in death by one brother, Rusty Edward Sutherlin.

She leaves behind to cherish many memories, her children, Daniel K. (Jamie) Clark, of Louisville, Kentucky, and Tonika M. (Eric) Heltsley, of McHenry, Kentucky; one brother, James D. (Lily) Sutherlin, of San Antonio, Texas; and four grandchildren, Felicity M. Heltsley, Arianna E. Heltsley, Demetri D. Clark and Atticus J. Heltsley.

Visitation will be held from 9 a.m. until 1 p.m. on Monday, July 8, at William L. Danks Funeral Home in Beaver Dam, Kentucky.
