GREENVILLE, Ky. – Warren “B” Simpson, 77, of Greenville, passed away at his home on June 26, 2024. He was born Jan. 21, 1947, in Caneyville, Kentucky to the late William David and Lucille Young Simpson.
Warren was a timber worker and ran a skidder. He enjoyed his work, spending time with family, and attending gospel singings.
Warren was preceded in death by his life partner, Helen Evans, four brothers, and two sisters.
He is survived by his stepsons, Evan Evans, Floyd Evans, Earnie Evans, and Marvin Evans; a brother, Joe Simpson; and two sisters, Linda Ford and Phyllis Mudd.
The family will have a memorial service at a later date.
The family requests that expressions of sympathy take the form of contributions to the Warren Simpson memorial fund.
