HENDERSON, Ky. — Judy Ann (Utley) Hudson, 75, of Henderson, passed away Sunday, April 21, 2024, at Redbanks Nursing Home. She was born in Hartford, Kentucky, on Jan. 13, 1949, to the late Lexie Utley Jr. and Martha B. (White) Shull.
Judy attended Western Kentucky University and worked as a registrar at Deaconess Hospital, formerly Methodist Hospital. She was a member of Community Baptist Church in Henderson. She enjoyed shopping and cooking.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her daughter, Angela Bernice Hudson, and grandparents, George W. and Celeste White.
She is survived by her husband of 55 years, Bill Hudson; son, William “Bill” Hudson; and three grandchildren, Emily Hudson, Meg Hudson, and Joe Hudson.
Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Thursday, April 25, at Community Baptist Church with Dr. Chuck Summers, Rev. Lauren McDuffie, and Rev. Mary Wrye officiating.
Burial will follow at Roselawn Memorial Gardens.
Visitation will be at Tomblinson Funeral Home in Henderson on Wednesday, April 24 from 4 p.m. until 7 p.m. and at Community Baptist Church on Thursday, April 25, from 11 a.m. until service time.
Pallbearers will be Mike Sugg, Larry White, Roger Culver, John Dunham, Bob Crafton, A.Y. Hodge, and Bill Denton.
