MADISONVILLE, Ky. — The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet has issued an immediate temporary lane closure in the southbound lanes of Interstate 165 in Ohio County beginning this morning.
Crews report a broken concrete panel between the 43.5 and 43.7 mile points. The southbound lanes will be restricted to one lane while repairs are made. Repairs are expected to be completed within 24 hours.
Motorists should be alert for one-lane traffic. Some delays are possible during the movement and placement of equipment to facilitate the work.
Appropriate caution is required where equipment, flaggers, and personnel are along the roadway in close proximity to traffic flow.
