MADISONVILLE, Ky. — Today, the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet will begin a sign repair project along I-165 in Warren and Ohio Counties. The project will address damages incurred due to high winds, necessitating the repair and replacement of signage along the designated routes.
In Ohio County, the repair work will concentrate on the southbound lanes of I-165, between mileposts 49.10 and 49.80.
Warren County’s repair work will start on the northbound offramp at Exit 5 on I-165 from mileposts 4.80 to 5.70.
Only shoulder closures will be implemented in both counties.
Work will be scheduled from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily starting March 15, and is expected to be completed by April 30.
Motorists should exercise caution and adhere to all posted signage and traffic control measures while navigating through the work zones.
