HARTFORD, Ky. — Tabatha June Brown Trogden, 51, of Hartford, passed away Saturday, Feb. 24, 2024, after a lengthy illness. She was born April 18, 1972, in Daviess County, Kentucky.
Tabatha was a certified nurse’s assistant. She enjoyed traveling and going to the beach, fishing, raising flowers, decorating her house, and living the country life. She especially loved spending time with her family especially her grandchildren.
Tabatha was preceded in death by her father, James C. Dickens Sr., in 2021, and her first husband, David Brown, on Feb. 10, 1991.
Surviving are her husband, David Trogden; her mother, June Dickens, of Owensboro, Kentucky; two daughters, Ashley Brown and Summer Powell, both of Owensboro; four grandchildren, Braylen Reynolds, Ava Brown, Bentlee Powell, and Lainey Russell; and two brothers, James Dickens Jr., of Sorgho, Kentucky, and Michael Dickens of Owensboro.
Services for Tabatha will be 10 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 29, in the chapel of Owensboro Memorial Gardens with burial following. Visitation will be from 2 p.m. until 7 p.m. Wednesday and from 8 a.m. until 9:30 a.m. Thursday at Glenn Funeral Home and Crematory.
