BEAVER DAM, Ky. — June Faye Martin, 83, of Beaver Dam, died Saturday, Jan. 27, 2024, in Henderson, Kentucky. June Faye was born in Beaver Dam to the late Buel and Elizabeth Bratcher.
June Faye was a painter and had painted all over Ohio County, Kentucky, and was a member of Liberty United Methodist Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 50 years, J.T. Martin; her daughter, Sandra Cardwell; two sisters, Oddie Bratcher and Madie Sandefur; and a brother, Osvil Bratcher.
Survivors include her daughter, Carol Martin; son-in-law, Lowell Cardwell; and several nieces and nephews.
Services are 11 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 1, at Bevil Bros. Funeral Home in Beaver Dam with Bro. Tim Shockley officiating. Burial will be in Sunnyside Cemetery in Beaver Dam. Visitation will be from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. Wednesday and from 9 a.m. until funeral time on Thursday at the funeral home.
