BEAVER DAM, Ky. — David Patrick “Pat” Clark, 71, of Beaver Dam, Kentucky, passed away Monday, Dec. 25, 2023, with his family by his side at Ohio County Healthcare. He was born Dec. 1, 1952, in Owensboro, Kentucky, to the late Louise Bivins Evans and the late David Clark.

Pat was an avid Cincinnati Reds Baseball fan, WKU Hilltopper fan and he enjoyed old Disney movies. He attended Hartford United Methodist Church and was a former employee at Tamarlane Industries.

Pat spent many years umpiring baseball games in the community, he loved collecting baseball memorabilia, comic books, and coins.

Aside from his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Linda Sue Ferguson Clark, on May 20, 2020; stepfather, Remus Hayes Evans; and brother-in-law, John William Renfrow Jr.

He leaves behind to cherish his memory, his daughter, Sierra (Luke) Grise, of Beaver Dam; three siblings, Greg (Debi) Clark, of McHenry, Kentucky, Judy Renfrow, of Beaver Dam, and Mike (Sherri) Clark, of California; and two grandchildren, Solomon David Grise and Aurora Kelley; and several nieces and nephews.

Memorial services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 30, at William L. Danks Funeral Home in Beaver Dam with Rev. Keith Page officiating. Friends may visit with Pat’s family from 10 a.m. until the time of the service on Saturday at the funeral home.
