HARTFORD, Ky. — Josephine Crowe, 73, of Hartford, went to her heavenly home on Friday, Sept. 22, 2023, at Ohio County Healthcare. She was born July 30, 1950, in Muhlenberg County, Kentucky, to the late Clarence Pointer and Eaver Jane Howard Pointer.
Ms. Crowe was a homemaker.
Aside from her parents, she was preceded in death by her two daughters, Janie Lynn Crowe and Sheila Michelle Crowe.
Survivors include three children, Paul (Kim) Crowe, of McHenry, Kentucky, Lee (Kelly) Crowe, of Fort Lupton, Colorado, and Kristy Crowe, of Hartford; 11 grandchildren, Casara Ann, Tyler Milton Glenn, Hunter Ray, Levi Austin, Tinsley Fay, Jackie Ann, AmberLea Jo, Zachary Spencer, Cade Rhoda, Tiffany, and Mikey; and three sisters, Claira Ann Pointer, Susie Pointer, and Elizabeth Embry.
A memorial service will be held at 12 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 30, at William L. Danks Funeral Home in Beaver Dam, Kentucky with Paul Crowe officiating. Friends may visit with Ms. Crowe’s family from 11 a.m. until the time of the service on Saturday at the funeral home.
