
James was the owner/mechanic of Glover’s Speedway Performance in Clearwater, Florida. He enjoyed fishing and auto racing.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Leroy and Mildred Baxter Glover; first wife, Gayle Neace Glover; and brothers, Bobby Glover and Danny Glover.
He is survived by his wife, Linda Belcher Glover; daughter, Amanda Glover and husband, Charles Eddings; stepdaughters, Theresa Bell and Jennifer Belcher; grandchildren, Sarah Belcher, Ashley Bell, and Sally Cox; great-grandchildren, Phil, Lilly, Lola, Henry, and Evvy; sister, Brenda Glover; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Funeral Service will be held at Smith Funeral Home at 2 p.m. on Sunday, Sept. 10, with Bro. Greg Phelps officiating. Burial will follow in the Sand Knob Cemetery in Falls of Rough, Kentucky. Visitation will be held on Saturday, Sept. 9, from 5 p.m. until 8 p.m. and Sunday from 12 p.m. until 2 p.m. at Smith Funeral Home.
