**UPDATE** HARTFORD, Ky. (8/14/23) — The Ohio County Water District has reported the Kentucky Division of Water has lifted the Boil Water Advisory for OCWD customers in the Weedman Loop area.

HARTFORD, Ky. — The Ohio County Water District has issued a Boil Water Advisory for customers residing along Weedman Loop Saturday night.
According to Eric Hickman, OCWD General Manager, Saturday evening, a citizen hit a 3″ water line along Weedman Loop while installing fence posts. OCWD Distribution crews made emergency repairs to the line. There were around 30 OCWD customers in this area and they were without water until repairs were made.
A Boil Water Advisory was issued out of precaution for all customers served by this line.
