HARTFORD, Ky. — Billie Richard Rusher Jr., 63, of Hartford, died Monday, June 26, 2023, at Owensboro Health Regional Hospital.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Billie Sr. and Beverly Rusher.
He is survived by his children, Richard Brent Rusher, of Elizabethtown, Kentucky, Brandon Shane (Jessica) Rusher, of Leitchfield, Kentucky, and Sarah (Lucas) McKay, of Owensboro, Kentucky; his sisters, Paula (Danny) Lucas, of Fordsville, Kentucky, and Robin French, of Owensboro; and nine grandchildren.
A private family graveside service will be held.
