HORSE BRANCH, Ky. — Lisa Fulton Hicks, 57, of Horse Branch, passed away Sunday, May 21, 2023, with her family by her side at Ohio County Healthcare. She was born July 7, 1965, in Hartford, Kentucky, to the late Leon Fulton and Juanita Hillard Fulton.
Lisa loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. She also enjoyed coloring and her dogs.
Aside from her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Michael Leon Fulton, and a sister, Brenda Margaret Brown.
She is survived by her husband of 24 years, Chris Hicks, of Horse Branch; five children, Matthew (Amy) Fulton, of Beaver Dam, Shaun (Kendra) Irvin, of Bremen, Kentucky, Taylor (Atlanta) Baize, of Owensboro, Kentucky, Sophia Hicks, of Owensboro, and Serenity Hicks, at Hartford, Kentucky; 13 grandchildren, Mackensi Fulton, Haley Fulton, Kayla Fulton, Ethan Mendoza, Madyson Irvin, Hunter Irvin, Kentley Baize, Noah Irvin, Jaylee Baize, Caroline Willis, Amora Baize, David Michael (Maggie) Wilson, and Alyssa Brown; four great-grandchildren, Nova, Daylen, Avery, and Waylynn; two sisters, Rita Griggs, of Mayfield, Kentucky, and Jenny (Dewayne) Graves, of Bowling Green, Kentucky; brother-in-law, Steve Brown, of Nortonville, Kentucky; sister-in-law, Judy Fulton, of Hartford; and a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins.
A celebration of life will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, June 24, at New Covenant Crossroads Church, 720 Bruce School Road, Beaver Dam, KY 42320, with Bro. Bruce Hayse officiating.
