HARTFORD, Ky. — Ohio County’s own annual event Celebrate the Child will be held this year from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. this Saturday, Apr. 29, at Ohio County High School.
The event celebrates Ohio County’s young people and the 40 developmental assets they need to group to be healthy, caring and responsible.
This year’s theme is “Digging Up Assets for Every Ohio County Youth” and will feature Feller Express’s Dinosaur Encounters, “Mr. Science” Jason Lindsey and the exhibits from the Kentucky Science Center.
In addition to the fossil fun and learning, the event will also have inflatables, crafts, a petting zoo, asset alley, giveaways and many more free activities.
All activities are free.
