EVANSVILLE, Ind. — John Louis Huff, 86, of Evansville, Indiana, passed away on Friday, April 14, 2023, at Deaconess Midtown Hospital in Evansville. He was born on April 20, 1936, in Fordsville, Kentucky, to the late Otto Huff and Govie Violet (Kirk) Lewis.
John was a United States Air Force veteran and had served during the Korean War. He graduated from the Colorado School of Trades in Boulder, Colorado, with a Magna Cum Laude and had been awarded Master Gunsmith.
John was known as the owner of Henderson Guns from 1994-2004.
John is preceded in death by his brother, James S. Huff.
He is survived by his children, Johnnie Ray, Dewayne, Becky, and Nancy, as well as his brother, Raymond Huff (Doris).
