HARTFORD, Ky. — Authorities are searching for a man on the run after removing his ankle monitor device.
According to the ARCH Program Facebook page, around 12:26 Monday, Josh Morehead, who was on home incarceration, cut off his GPS Ankle monitoring device.
Morehead’s last known location was his residence on KY 85 W in Centertown.
