OWENSBORO, Ky. — The Owensboro Police Department is looking for information on the whereabouts of a missing teenage girl.
According to the OPD, Keyarra Haynes, 15, was last seen Nov. 2 in Owensboro. Haynes is Black with brown eyes and black hair. She’s 5’3″, and weighs 130 lbs. Haynes has family in Ohio County.
