My name is Jeff Renfrow and I am running for the Hartford City Council. I am 53 years old and have lived in Hartford for most of my life.
After graduating from Ohio County High School, Class of 1987, I joined the U.S. Army and served four years of active duty and I continue to serve in the U.S. Army Reserve. I’m also employed by the Army Reserve as a military technician in Owensboro. I have been in this position for over 23 years and a total of 35 years in the Army/Army Reserves.
I have been serving as the Code Enforcement Officer for the City of Hartford since January 2020.
I’m blessed beyond measure with a supportive family, my wife Deanna (Simpson) Renfrow; a son, Justin; a daughter-in-law Haylee; a daughter Desirae Howard; a son-in-law Caleb and the joy of my life six grandchildren. Kailyn, Lola, Delaney, Delilah, Octavia and CJ.
One of my goals is to return Hartford to a fun, loving town that your family and mine can be proud of.
Selfless service is not a stranger to me or my family, it’s one of our family’s core values. I would appreciate your support and vote on November 8.
