HARTFORD, Ky. — The county’s annual Suicide Awareness Walk will be held from 9 a.m.-12 p.m. this Saturday, Sept. 24, 2022, at the Ohio County Park. The event is held every year by the Ohio County Mental Health and Suicide Awareness Committee. The Ohio County Park is at 2300 KY 69 N in Hartford.
The Suicide Awareness Walk is a chance for people to remember lost loved ones and bring awareness to suicide prevention and mental health resources. There will also be a memory wall for people to post photos of their loved ones.
In addition to the walk, there will be inflatables, Price Ice Baby sno-cones, food trucks, games for kids and much more.
