LOUISVILLE, Ky. — Lisa Anne Carson, of Louisville, was born on Nov. 6, 1978, and went home to be with her Lord and Savior on Aug. 3, 2022. Waiting for her when she arrived in heaven were her beloved parents John and Rose Anne Carson and her favorite uncle, Jim Carson.
She was born in Louisville, grew up in Beaver Dam, Kentucky, and returned to Louisville when she started college. She spent her teaching career at Louisville Male High School, where she touched countless lives. She was an involved and energetic teacher who embodied the Bulldog Spirit.
She leaves behind to mourn her loss are her husband, Anthony Roy Langley; beloved daughter, Anna Rose Langley; and a host of family, friends, and students.
Her funeral service will be held at 11:30 a.m. on Saturday, Aug. 13, at Farmdale Baptist Church, 1238 Durrett Lane Louisville, KY 40213. Visitation will be from 3 p.m. until 7 p.m. on Friday, Aug. 12, and after 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, Aug. 13, at the church.
Burial will be private.
