BEAVER DAM, Ky. — Doris Ann Rudder passed away at her home in Beaver Dam, on April 28, 2022. She was born Oct. 7, 1947, in Dundee, Kentucky, to the late Jessie and Lossie Renfrow Schroader.
She retired from Bob’s IGA and loved spending time with family and visits from her grandchildren.
Aside from her parents, she was preceded in death by her husbands, Jack F. Brown and Carroll Rudder, and two brothers, Leonard Schroader and Amel Schroader.
She is survived by her sister, Carolyn June Matthews and David, of Beaver Dam; daughter, Kathy Shelton and Todd, of Cromwell, Kentucky; son, Richard Brown and Doris, of Louisville, Kentucky; two grandsons, Mathew Shelton and Teresa, of Olaton, Kentucky, and Richard Brown II, of Louisville; granddaughter, Dimond Ann Shelton and Jacob, of Louisville; and two great-grandsons, Donald and Ryder Shelton, of Olaton.
A private family memorial service will be held at a later date. William L. Danks Funeral Home has been entrusted with the arrangements.
