BEAVER DAM, Ky. — Uliss Paul Fields Sr., 75, of Beaver Dam, passed away Monday, April 11, 2022, at his residence. Uliss was born Tuesday, Oct. 1, 1946, in Beaver Dam, to the late Jim Fields and Nova Johnson Cardwell.
He was retired and of the Baptist faith. Uliss was a collector, he enjoyed fishing and a good picnic but most of all spending time with his family.
Other than his parents he is preceded in death by one sister and several brothers.
Uliss Paul Fields Sr. is survived by his children, Christopher Paul Fields (Latonya), of Morgantown, Kentucky, Barbara Michelle Fields, of Morgantown, Robin Lynn Renfrow (Yewell), of Morgantown, Tammy Ulisa Fields, Uliss Paul Fields Jr. (Kimberly), of Morgantown, and Melody Renee Halouchits (Dzianis), of Clarksville, Tennessee; and 16 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, April 14, from 10 a.m. until 1 p.m. at the Jones Funeral Chapel.
