CROMWELL, Ky. — Charles Stanford Huffines, 68, of Cromwell (Mandy), passed away on Friday, March 18, 2022, at his home with the love of his life by his side. He was born on May 21, 1953, in Madison, Tennessee, to the late Ray and Virginia Ray Huffines.
Charles retired in 2008 from master carpentry in Nashville, Tennessee.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Ray and Virginia Huffines.
He leaves behind to cherish many memories, his wife of 34 years, Stacy Beck Huffines, of Cromwell; two daughters, Abby (Dylan Herlien-Payton) Huffines, of Beaver Dam, Kentucky, and Jennifer (Jacob) Scott, of Central City; two grandchildren, Lucas Ray Huffines and Carter Lewis Huffines, both of Beaver Dam; one brother, Randy Huffines, of Hartsville, Tennessee; special friends, Kay Carter and Paul Fletcher, of England, and Rodney and Ellen Lear, of Browder, Kentucky; three nephews; several cousins; and his faithful companion, Doc Holiday.
Funeral Services will be held at 1 p.m., Saturday, March 26, at William L. Danks Funeral Home in Beaver Dam with Rev. Ricky Taylor officiating. Burial will follow in Mt. Zion Cemetery in Cromwell. Friends may visit with Charles’ family from 5 p.m. until 8 p.m. on Friday and from 9 a.m. until the time of the service on Saturday at the funeral home.
