MORGANTOWN, Ky. — Heather Ann Austin Hoffman, 43, of Morgantown, passed away on Monday, Feb. 28, 2022, at the Medical Center in Bowling Green, Kentucky. She was born in Warren County, Kentucky, on May 20, 1978, to the late Margie Ann Stone.
Heather worked at Shop HQ. She loved to save turtles and help others.
She is preceded in death by her mother; son, Skylar Samson Hoffman; and her fiancé, Jeffery Hayse.
Heather is survived by her children, Corbin Dallas Hoffman, of Morgantown; birthmother to Hailey Hoffman Pierson; brother, Koty Parks (Whitney), of Eastview, Kentucky; sister, Danielle Ralph, of Hartford, Kentucky; and lifelong friend, Joseph Richard Hoffman III, of Morgantown.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
