BDPD investigating Key Stop armed robbery, JR Williams theft

BEAVER DAM, Ky. — The Beaver Dam Police Department is looking for two men suspected of robbing a local convenience store on Christmas night.

 

According to the BDPD, around 11:30 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 25, two men entered the Beaver Dam Key Stop, formerly the IGA South, and robbed the clerks at gunpoint.

After leaving the store, the two suspects possibly escaped the scene in a white Toyota Tundra.

The BDPD asks anyone with information on the robbery, or those who can identify the two men, to contact the BGPD at 270-274-7106 or call Ohio County Dispatch at 270-298-4411.

In addition to the armed robbery at the Key Stop convenience store, the BDPD is also investigating a theft from JR Williams TV & Appliance.

Around 4:30 a.m. Tuesday, Dec. 21, someone stole a washer and dryer from behind JR Williams and loaded it into an SUV.
