HARTFORD, Ky. — Patricia “Pat” Haydu, 88, passed away on Sunday, Sept. 26, at Signature Healthcare of Hartford. She was born in New Jersey but spent most of her adult life in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, where she and her husband raised three children.
She is preceded in death by her husband of 61 years, Joseph; her daughter, Linda; and brother, David.
She is survived by her son, William Haydu (Susan), of New Tazewell, Tennessee; daughter, Patricia “Patti” Johnson (Scott), of Beaver Dam, Kentucky; granddaughters, Kimberly, Jessica, Katie, and Melissa; and four great-grandchildren. Also surviving are her friend of 78 years, Cynthia, and her roommate, Elena.
Pat and her family would like to thank Signature Healthcare of Hartford for the wonderful care and compassion they were given throughout her residency there.
