OHIO COUNTY, Ky. — Amelia June Payton, infant daughter of John and Angel Payton, went to her heavenly home on Sunday, July 18, 2021, at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, Tennessee. She was born on July 18, 2021, in Nashville.
She leaves behind to cherish her memory, her loving parents, John and Angel Payton; her sister, Addison Payton; maternal grandparents, Misty (Bradley) Christian; paternal grandparents, John (Sarah) Payton and Elisha Williams; great-grandparents, Brenda and Brian Kuhr and Barbara Cauley; her aunts, Brianna Cobb, Becky (Joe) Himes, Lacy (David) Varble, Brittany Payton, Delainia Payton, Brooklyn (Nick) Wallace, Issabella Johnson, Katelynn Stewart, and Elizabeth Stewart; great-aunts and great-uncles, Melissa (Greg) Brumfield, Cyndi (Danny) Cowles, Tony (Michelle) McKinney, Carol (Gary) Galloway, JT (Teresa) Payton, Vicky (Mike) Autry, Paulette (Clifford) Woolen, Jerry (Cathy) Payton, Terry (Liza) Payton, Lyvern Payton and Jimmy (Carolyn) Payton; and several cousins.
A private family graveside service will be held at Payton Cemetery. William L. Danks Funeral Home has been entrusted with the arrangements.
