HARDINSBURG, Ky. — Michael Wayne ‘Mike’ Davis, 55, of Hardinsburg, passed away July 14, 2021, at his residence. He was born in Hardinsburg on Jan. 16, 1966.
Mike was a logger and welder. He had many interests that include gardening, fishing, woodworking, and riding his golf cart with his furry friend, Spanky. He loved his family and the time spent with them.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Diane Davis.
Mike is survived by his wife, Rosie Ford Davis, of Hardinsburg; five children, Sarah (Bucky) Davis, of Bewleyville, Kentucky, Amanda (Michael) Conner, of Lewisport, Kentucky, Rebecca Davis, of Cloverport, Kentucky, Randy (Alecia) Ford, of Elizabethtown, Kentucky, and Shannon Ford (Jamie), of Hardinsburg; 13 grandchildren, Madison, Jaclynn, Wyatt, Evan, Bella, Alex, Christian, Shawn, Landon, Nolan, Johntae, Camden, and Presley; father, Larry Davis, of McQuady, Kentucky; brother, Kevin (Lisa) Davis, of Fordsville, Kentucky; sisters, Tonya Davis, of Cannelton, Indiana, and Tracy (Chad) Pile, of Hardinsburg; half-brother, Craig (Sandy) Davis, of Leitchfield, Kentucky; and half-sister, Gelita (Harold) English, of Owensboro, Kentucky.
Funeral services will be held at Trent-Dowell Funeral Home on Saturday, July 17, at 1 p.m. with Rev. Jimmy Sutton officiating. Burial will be in the Custer Cemetery. Visitation will begin at 10 a.m. on Saturday.
