HARTFORD, Ky. — Rose Ann Whitaker, 74, of Hartford, passed away Saturday, June 26, 2021, with her family by her side at Ohio County Healthcare. She was born Aug. 3, 1946, in Indianapolis, Indiana, to the late Charles C. and Orvella F. Wilber.
Mrs. Whitaker was a homemaker.
Aside from her parents, she was preceded in death by both her husbands, Taylor Hicks and Phillip “River Rat” Whitaker.
She leaves behind to cherish her memory, one daughter, Roseanna, and her husband, Walter Smallwood, of Manchester, Kentucky, and two grandchildren, Laura Elaine Fulkerson and William Fulkerson.
Funeral Services will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday, June 30, at William L. Danks Funeral Home, Beaver Dam, Kentucky. Burial will follow in Mount Moriah Cemetery in Hartford. Friends may visit with Mrs. Whitaker’s family from 10 a.m. until the time of the service Wednesday at the funeral home.
