CENTRAL CITY, Ky. — John W. Horn, 78, of Central City, died Saturday, June 19, 2021, in Baptist Health Hospital in Madisonville, Kentucky. He was born in Wayne, Michigan to the late Elmer and Frances Lucille Moore Horn.
He was a golf course groundskeeper.
There will be no services.
